EXECUTIVE ONLY
The toughest part of the executive's job is usually understanding and working with the board.  In a three to eight -hour workshop, our coaches/consultants will share insights from their years of experience with boards of every type and problem.  If you do not leave the workshop with dozens of ideas to make your work with the board team effective and less frustrating, you did not listen.  Get a group of executive directors together or include this one in your conference and convention planning.

EXECUTIVE and BOARD LEADERSHIP
We will facilitate a workshop with Board Leadership and the Executive to develop a business plan with agreed upon measurable objectives for both the Board and the Executive.  The objectives become an effective tool for Board and Executive assessment.

BOARD DEVELOPMENT
We facilitate and coach your board as to what they should and should not do, how to manage their important relationship with the executive, and assist in developing a working team.  We start with the basics--what is a nonprofit, what does the law expect, how can meetings be more productive, what are the basic responsibilities, and much more.  For faith-based agencies we offer certified facilitators to lead in the Faith-Based Leadership Series - the Vocation of the Trustee."  We will also provide specific board member and CEO evaluations, Q&A, case studies, and hands-on worksheets.  We guarantee you a better board!

LONG-RANGE PLANNING
Want a board team that focuses on the bottom line?  Get your board to help you write a long-range strategic plan.  We will lead your team through a tested planning process and leave you with a complete long-range strategic plan, complete with annual outcome measures to check your progress.
