The toughest part of the executive's job is usually understanding
and working with the board. In a three to eight -hour workshop, our coaches/consultants will share insights from their
years of experience with boards of every type and problem. If you do not leave the workshop with dozens of ideas to

a working team. We start with the basics--what is a nonprofit, what does the law expect, how can meetings be more productive,
what are the basic responsibilities, and much more. For faith-based agencies we offer certified facilitators to lead
in the Faith-Based Leadership Series - the Vocation of the Trustee." We will also provide specific board member
and CEO evaluations, Q&A, case studies, and hands-on worksheets. We guarantee you a better board!
